🔹 Method of consuming Naturista Kohila powder as drink,

⭕ Add two spoons of Naturista Kohila Root powder to 100ml glass of boiling water and stir well. (Use only the spoon provided with the bottle to get the powder from the bottle)

⭕ Add two finely crushed pieces of ginger garlic and some pepper powder and mix well.

⭕ Leave it for 4-6 minutes.

Grind one hundred and fifty grams of rice, wash the rice, pour water and let it boil. 1. Food routine
🔸Add Brahmi leaves, balloon vine and hummingbird tree leaves, which prepared with a little extra lemon juice and button onions, are often included in the diet. Also, Fibrous kohila tuber, lotus tuber, plantain flower, half-ripe papaya, gray banana stem, polos are also prepared as tasty curries and include in the meal.
