✍️ Gammalu is a plant with valuable medicinal properties and it is belonging to the Fabaceae genus, which is known as Gammalu, and Gamvadumu in Sri Lanka. Gammalu is a medium to large deciduous plant that can grow up to 30m in height.

✍️ Milk and bark of Gammalu tree are used for diabetes and hemorrhoids. In order to prevent diabetes, it has even been confirmed by experiments that drinking water in cups made of Gammalu wood in the morning is very appropriate. Gammalu wood is very strong and durable.

✍️ A research done by Professor H. K.I Perera has confirmed the antidiabetic properties of this Gammalu milk. A lot of researches have been done in this regard all over the world. ☕ Fill the Gammalu cup with pure water and keep it for at least 10 hours and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Follow this way for 30 days and you will see a clear difference.

⭕ Therefore, according to the climate, indoor and outdoor natural algae are likely to be produced.

⭕ When using only for the first time, fill it with hot water and keep it closed for about two hours. Then wipe inside and outside with a clean cloth and leave it exposed to the sun for about 6 hours.

⭕ Mr. Piyal Marasinghe, Senior Botanist, said that those algae are not poisonous, those are destroyed by putting them in hot water and can be removed by wiping with a clean cloth.
⭕ However, by placing it in the sun, the wood get matures and with continuous use, these algae do not form.
