Our story starts as a question from one friend to another, the question was this. Why are our traditional medicine (especially preventive ones) are not well known outside the local society? Many Sri Lankans are aware that there are many beneficial effects in medicinal and edible plants grown in rural county. And indeed they have been used by generations of people due to those benefits. But somehow it didn’t spared into outside world much. This is the problem our founders faced and they resolved to be the link between the outside world and treasures found in rural Sri Lanka.

As University graduates specialized in Marketing and business relations they had a good idea how to go about being that link. This is how Naturista came to life. Founded as early as 2018 it has covered long road nonetheless to bring Sri Lankan traditional medicine and knowledge to international market. With a strong and loyal local customer base, young, educated and energetic employees and a fast growing international market the future looks bright for Naturista.
