⭕ Add a spoonful of Naturista Welepenela powder to 100ml glass of boiling water and stir well. (Use only the spoon provided with the bottle to get the powder from the bottle.)

⭕ Leave it covered for 10-8 minutes.

⭕ Then stir it well again and drink it daily in the morning with some jaggery.
